The kitchen and living room are huge and a 5th person can sleep on the sofa of the living room. There are two bathrooms with showers and a back terrace. The front of the villa offers a huge furnished veranda with a brilliant sea view, a barbecue and lovely flowers and plants.

Outdoors you can enjoy the large shaded patio and 170 m2 terrace overlooking olive trees and the sea. The hostess cozy dining and living area are perfect for entertaining as well as rest and relaxation.

The complex offers a swimming pool for communal use.
